Our Global Finance Controllership Team provides support for the business for technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.

As a Finance Analyst you will learn and get trained with in some critical Finance IT tools, as well as be responsible for driving tasks as well as process simplification and coordination projects to support the delivery of operational excellence of the GFO pillars.

**As a Finance Analyst you will be responsible for**:
Understanding and interpret applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP and Process Maps to deliver globally attractive financial process/ accounting services and related Learning & Development programs.

Detecting and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.

Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.

Completing Training provided.

Contributing to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete, and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months

Fuel your passion

**To be successful in this role you will**:
Have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/ etc).

Have minimum 1 year experience in accounting and finance.

Demonstrate good communication skill both spoken and written in English.

Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.

Be a team player with ability to work with minimum supervision and demonstrate good problem-solving and analytical skills.
