**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Our client, one of Australia and New Zealand's largest food manufacturers employing over 6000 people across 60 sites, is growing in the Philippines and hiring for a **Commercial Finance Analyst**. They are a wholly owned subsidiary of one of the world's leading food companies and their product range is diverse and includes leading brands of bread, baked goods, small goods, flour, milled products, and animal feed.

As the **Commercial Finance Analyst**, you are responsible for assisting the Commercial Finance Manager and Commercial Business Partner Non-Retail coordinate the development and delivery of the financial plan. You will be directly reporting to the manager in Australia, and will be working closely with the onshore team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Business partnering and supporting the team in coordinating the development of the financial plan.
- Collecting and analyzing data in Excel with the Commercial team to facilitate plan execution across relevant categories and channels.
- Preparing insightful analyses to explain the company's performance against financial and non-financial key performance indicators in the Retail channel.
- Forecasting, preparation and active participation in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
- Providing accurate data for Tableau and assisting in building various Excel models utilized by the commercial finance team.
- Assist in additional tasks and projects as needed by the team.

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or relevant field
- Prior experience of 3 years in Commercial Finance in FMCG environment
- Good understanding of business processes, profit & loss statement, discount, and controls found in a typical (FMCG) business
- Advanced Excel skills
- Working background in SAP or similar
- Prior Tableau or similar data analytics/business intelligence system experience
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Support in forecast process improvements.
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to quickly engage with change.
