The Analyst - Intercompany Finance plays a key role in the Intercompany function within the financial closing. The Analyst - Intercompany Finance is required to perform the duties and responsibilities in accordance with Company Policies and with audit compliance. This is a temporary role.

This position is part of the Center for Finance Services (CFS) and will be in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Perform monthly Intercompany reconciliation and confirmation.
- Investigate, work closely with country controllers to resolve the imbalances / disputed item related to un-reconciled items.
- Perform month-end tasks related to intercompany and able to handle corporate team queries, investigate and provide resolution during month end closing.
- Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation in accordance with Finance Manual Policy and carry out investigation if any discrepancies noted.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by assisting colleagues whenever necessary.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role (Preferably in Shared Service environment).
- Ability to work across geographies, interacting with all levels of the organization to ensure all month end deliverables are met.
- Quizitive and analytical, able to assess discrepancies and determine resolution.
- Operating knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP).
