Our client, a reputable **Restaurant Chains & Food Supplier** that was established in year 1999. They have been serving great foods since then and growing rapidly over the years due to the high market demand. They have been growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand and they are currently seeking for a passionate **Outlet Supervisor** to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their outlet operation team to oversee and manage the outlet's daily operation processes.

- **Responsibilities**:_
- Responsible for outlet daily operations
- Responsible for cash related tasks
- Overseeing customer service & satisfaction
- Lead, develop, motivate and manage the restaurant team in delivering good experience to customers
- Responding proactively in any kind of situation happens in the outlet
- Training and setting up examples for staffs
- Assist in monthly stock take and materials ordering for operations usage
- Handle inquiries and complaints with the best possible way
- Maintaining outlet cleanliness and hygiene
- Attend monthly general meeting with management

- **Additional Information/ Requirement**:_
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience is required
- Strong interest and passion in food preparation and serving, have high interest to make a great dining experience
- Strong leadership skills, an enforcer and executer, planner, pro-active, resourceful, problem solving, decision making and result oriented
- Effective time management, delegation, ability to interpret financial data (Profit & Loss) and decisive on action
- Humble, always ready to listen and learn from others
- Able to grow and develop others, a natural leader and motivator
