The AOB is the creative mind (and hands) at lyf. He/she plays a key role in translating lyf’s core values into social experiences for the residents and building community through partnerships with local influencers, organizations, and businesses. The AOB is responsible for maintaining the property’s social media channels/presence. From managing the marketing channels to curating tie-ups and events, the AOB will enjoy working in a fast-paced, global organization with key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
- **SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**_

**1) Marketing**

a. Work with the corporate lyf team and cluster marketing team in the execution of marketing strategies and plans for lyf properties within the city.

b. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

c. Contribute property-specific and local-specific content for social media coverage.

d. Create and update lyf neighborhood guide.

e. Responsible for updating the property webpage on lyf website

**2) Community Management and Events**

a. Hosting, production, and execution of events to drive awareness and leads for lyf community and locations (including launch events, conference presence/sponsorships, pop-ups, field activations, etc.).

b. Create relevant pre and post-event marketing content to generate hype and drive participation for the events, including posters, EDMs, social media posts, articles ,etc.

c. Build and manage events strategy and creative development, including budgeting, processes, programming, and working with internal and external partners.

d. Create a network of partnerships with relevant merchants (e.g.: F&B, retail, festivals, art, design, tech, crafts, concerts, sports) to get special rates/preferred access for residents and guests.

e. Serve as liaison for community / building-level event leads to manage execution.

f. Serve as HQ liaison for special events in the region.

g. Evaluate post-event ROI, in coordination with lyf Champion and/or Corporate lyf team.

i. Curate and plan a calendar of promotional events for guests and residents

- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software.
- Good spoken and written communication abilities in Bahasa Malaysia and English,
- Pleasant with positive attitude

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
