**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media marketing, including content creation and community management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
