Marketing Assistant

**About The Role**

Marketing Assistant position plays a crucial role in the marketing team in Tona Interior based in Alor Setar, Kedah. Your main task is to host LIVE sessions on our social media about interior design and home décor, especially wall panel materials and installation, while also assisting with minor admin work and basic photo/video editing. You will be responsible to assist for conceptualizing, organizing and executing engaging marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement on social media.

**What You’ll Be Doing?**

Major Tasks:

- Comfortable doing LIVE sessions, especially with knowledge related to house interiors, wall panel materials, and similar topics **these are key highlighted skills**:

- Handle admin-related tasks, such as writing official letters and preparing quotations
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in interior-related promotions.
- Assisting Marketing Executive in editing and posting video or carousel contents on company’s social media platforms to boost brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Minor Tasks:

- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies and campaigns, primarily across social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of promotional efforts, providing insights and suggestions to improve future campaigns.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers by responding to inquiries, following up consistently, and understanding their design needs and preferences.

Project Focus:
Doing LIVE sessions, look presentable & specialize in editing and marketing house interior products, with strong emphasis on wall panels and design-related content.

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- **Education**: Possess at least a Diploma in related field
- **Working Experience**: At least 1 years of relevant working experience in Business & Marketing Industry
- **Language Skills**: Proficient in Malay and English, with additional of other language is an advantage for client communication.
- **Editing Skills**: Proficient skills in design or editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Premier etc, Canva is acceptable
- **Basic Skills** : Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- **Attributes**:Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with customers during LIVE
- **Trend Awarenss** : Ability to stay ahead of design trends and innovations in the interior design industry.

**Expected Salary**: RM1,700 - RM2,300

**Driver Licence**: DA,D,B2,B1
