Responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing and delivering items
- Receive, arrange and checking all the ingoing/outgoing goods to ensure it's tally with actual of Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Order (DO).
- Ensure all stock items in store are kept in safety manner and arranged in orderly at the designated shelf and area.
- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly and oversee general maintenance as needed
- Communicate with agents, customers and internal counterparts to plan inbound/outbound and arrange warehouse operations and trucking
- Ensure warehouse operations carried out efficiently according to SOP and comply with safety standard and guideline
- Maintains and update the inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data
- To review, analyze and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention
- Oversee and manage logistics to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
- Manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing and training warehouse employees
- Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping and customer service
- Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

Job Responsibility
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in warehouse management
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Able to lead a team of warehouse and delivery personnel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
