**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Warehouse Operations**
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams for timely deliveries

**Product Installation & Delivery**
- Coordinate and execute product installation at customer sites
- Ensure installation is completed professionally and safely, adhering to product specifications
- Plan and schedule delivery and installation appointments efficiently

**Post-Delivery Service & Support**
- Respond to and manage post-delivery service calls, ensuring prompt resolution of issues
- Coordinate with technical or service teams when repairs, replacements, or adjustments are required
- Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction

**Last-Mile Fulfilment**
- Plan and execute the final leg of delivery, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to end-users
- Work closely with delivery teams and third-party logistics partners to manage fulfilment processes
- Resolve delivery issues and customer complaints effectively

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management (1-3 years preferred)
- Hands-on experience in product delivery and installation will be an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a valid driving license (if driving/delivery is part of the role)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
