Liaison between Drivers, Customers and sales team;
- Learn and have the ability to maintain Trace2 system accuracy and daily service log;
- Resolve and actively communicate with Drivers in a satisfactory and timely manner of any system issues as they occur;
- Effectively schedule deliveries/services schedule and communicating priorities;
- Work with Operation Manager and IT Department to provide solutions for more effective and efficient schedule output;
- Jointly coordinates with Scheduling team to resolve problem and improve quality of service schedule; Optimize routes, manages and determines route actions and assuring route completion;
- Adhere to all Safety rules and regulations at all times and wear proper PPE while on site;
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by Management;

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
