Our growing company is looking to fill the role of Account Assistant. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualification.
**Responsibilities for Account Assistant**:
- Create and update expense reports
- Process reimbursement forms
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed

- Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with finance regulations
- Prepare reports detailing all parts
- Key in all database
- Follows all company policies and work instructions with regard to job performance, recordkeeping and safety
**Salary**:RM2500
**Working Hour**: 9.00 a.m. - 5.30 p.m. (Monday to Saturday)
**Qualification**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
- Very detail oriented
- Ability to work well on team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
