Receive and verify the quality and quantity of new shipments.
- Responsible in packing for online and offline orders.
- Check and update tracking number of parcel and order list from customers.
- Reply customer chat eg: tiktok seller / whatsapp
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- create purchase order (PO) for preorder item
- Responsible for keeping track of stock in and stock out.
- ensuring that customer orders are delivered in a timely manner
- Assure all products are in stocks and restock products when needed.
- Maintain the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions.
- Assist in managing the store daily operation.
- Other tasks assigned by Top Management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
