**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Site Monitoring**: Assist in supervising on-site activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with project plans.
- **Quality Control**: Observe and report on the quality of materials and workmanship.
- **Safety Compliance**: Support site safety practices by conducting basic safety inspections and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- **Coordination**: Liaise with contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure timely progress.
- **Documentation**: Assist in maintaining records such as work progress reports, daily logs, and inspection checklists.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and report any on-site issues to the supervisor or project manager for resolution.
- **Learning Opportunities**: Participate in meetings, site briefings, and training sessions to enhance your understanding of site management.

**Requirements**:
**1. Education**: Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

**2. Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of construction processes or operational workflows.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Possess own transport (preferred but not mandatory).
