Responsibilities for Site Supervisor

  • Oversee day to day operations of the site, understanding site diary reports.
  • Supervising, coordinating, monitoring, inspection & reporting daily of work progress on site
  • Work alongside with Project Manager
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of site, equipment & materials
  • Evaluating the performance of vendors/suppliers/subcons and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
  • Supervise and evaluate vendors/suppliers/subcons & keep accurate records of workers attendance and timesheets & maintaining an accurate record of site attendance
  • Briefing, supervising and instructing the construction team as well as vendors/suppliers/subcontractors.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
  • Analysing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
  • Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
  • Control and monitor site cleanliness & work place comply to applicable local authority regulations.

Site Supervisor Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma/Certificate in a construction related field especially interior design works.
  • Minimum 3 years on site project coordination.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Must have understanding of construction terms, scheduling and planning concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, MS Excel & MS Project.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
  • Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
  • Good attitude, can work in team and good communication skills.
  • Able to work on Monday to Saturday
