Business Area: Others- Employment type: Full-time**Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice and support related to the business, in particular to procurement and R&D.
- Draft, review and negotiate new contracts, eg. Non-disclosure agreements, direct and in indirect procurement agreements, consultancy agreements, supply agreements.
- Resolve issues and handle disputes, including first-hand advice, collaboration and governance of external legal counsels.
- Develop and maintain agreement templates in collaboration with relevant stakeholders from the business.
- Provide support to projects and initiatives.
- Provide ad hoc advice on varios legal matters, such as safety, HR and data privacy.
- Develop training material and conduct training of stakeholders from the business.
- Provide support to the business in relation to existing agreements (updates, prolongations, termination etc).

**Requirements**:

- Master degree within law.
- Min 5 years of experience with legal counselling from law firm or as in-house legal counsel.
- Fluent in English (orally and in writing).
- High integrity and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical skills and able to handle complex business structures and advanced legal issues in a pragmatic, proactive and solution-oriented manner.
- Working in office in Penang.
