Corporate Legal Management
  • Review, manage, and follow up on daily operating contracts and major contracts;
  • Establish and continuously optimize contract management systems, template libraries, and online/offline approval processes;
  • Participate in handling company disputes, formulate and implement the company's dispute resolution strategy, and establish a pool of external lawyers and a performance evaluation system;
  • Coordinate the company's articles of association, the operation of the three committees, and the authorization system;
  • Assist business personnel in effectively preventing legal risks in business operations;
  • Build and manage the legal team.
Compliance Management
  • Participate in the top-level design and implementation of the company's risk management, internal controls and compliance management system, specifically areas of regulatory and legal compliance (ie Anti corruption, export controls, privacy, AML etc) and participate in compliance exchanges and communications with external partners
  • Participate in optimizing the company's compliance management system, and formulate and implement the company's compliance policies, procedures, and related guidelines. Support the daily compliance work of all business departments, including but not limited to providing regulatory interpretation, policy interpretation, and risk assessment.
  • Participate in the development of the company's compliance training system, conduct controls and compliance training for all employees at all levels, cultivate employee awareness of compliance risks, and enhance the risk management capabilities of all business departments.
  • Assess the compliance of business operations and conduct necessary compliance reviews of high-risk business activities or business partners.
Professional Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) or equivalent qualification.
  • Master's in Law or Business Administration is an added advantage.
  • 8 years of experience in legal practice, including in-house legal experience within a statutory body, GLC, regulatory agency, or corporate organisation, collaborator role in our expansion.
  • Proven track record in contract management, legal advisory, compliance, governance, and risk management.
  • Minimum 1-3 years in a managerial or advisory role, leading teams or managing external counsel.
  • Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and strategic thinking.
