**Job Role**

We are looking for someone with initiative, possessed good communication skills, analytical skills, a can-do attitude and familiarity with Malaysia’s accounting Standards and other relevant accounting and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies between invoiced amounts and payments received.
- Prepare and analyse accounts receivable ageing reports to track the aging of receivables and identify delinquent accounts for further action.
- Reconcile monthly sales report prepare by outlets to ensure sales are tally with system.
- Prepare and post journal entries to accurately record financial transactions.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes by performing various reconciliations, accruals, and allocations to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records & filing.
- To carry out other duties and ad-hoc assignment as and when required by The Management.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Proactive, good team players, meticulous, able to work under pressure and committed to meeting tight deadlines and objectives.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, honesty, attention to detail, and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
