Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Interior Design Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential and/or commercial interior design projects. You will be the primary liaison between clients, designers, contractors, and vendors — ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all phases of interior design projects from concept through completion.
- Collaborate with designers to align project plans with creative vision and client expectations.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare project proposals, scope documents, and client communications.
- Oversee procurement of furniture, finishes, and materials while tracking lead times and delivery schedules.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards.
- Identify and manage project risks, changes, and delays.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and permits where applicable.
- Maintain organized project documentation and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management within the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of the interior design process and materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience managing high-end residential or commercial projects.
- Familiarity with procurement platforms and vendor negotiation.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and material sourcing.
- Experience in handling GLC(s) and Government Tender project

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
