Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and operating the project division efficiently
  • Prepare tenders and perform cost estimation
  • Plan, execute, and manage projects, liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Ensure all work complies with statutory and customer requirements
  • Provide technical support to the team
  • Identify project variations and report to the Project Manager
  • Supervise subordinates and resolve project delays or issues

Qualification requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or infrastructure sector
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Malay (both spoken and written)

  • Others: Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects with accountability for performance and delivery
