**Responsibilities**:

- To provide general administrative and operations support including keeping proper filing records and maintaining office supplies.
- Attending to reception, photocopying, stationery stock take etc.
- Responsible for basic administrative day-to-day work.
- Assist in financial tasks, such as bookkeeping, invoice processing, account reconciliation and maintaining financial records
- Monitor accounts receivables and send monthly debtors statements.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and annual financial reports.
- Handling ad-hoc assignments when necessary.

**Job Requirements**:

- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably **1-2 years** working experience in a similar position
- Ability to work independently.
- Proactive with a **strong sense of responsibility and urgency** and with enthusiastic personality in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess good communication, analytical and interpersonal skill.

**Benefits**:
Basic & transport allowances, Yearly Bonus, EPF & Socso

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
