**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Media Relations**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and media outlets.
- Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and promotional materials.
- Organize and manage press conferences, interviews, and media events.
- **Corporate Communications**:

- Draft and edit speeches, statements, and articles for senior management.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external communication platforms.
- Monitor public and media perceptions of the organization and respond appropriately.
- **Event Management**:

- Plan and coordinate public events, product launches, CSR activities, and exhibitions.
- Manage logistics, guest lists, publicity, and post-event follow-up.
- **Content Creation**:

- Create content for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee brand messaging and tone across all channels.
- **Crisis Communication**:

- Act as a spokesperson or support spokespersons during crises.
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans and protocols.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Liaise with stakeholders including customers, government bodies, NGOs, and community groups.
- Support partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR effectiveness.
- Analyze trends to improve communication strategies.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Malay skills
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of media production and communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Have own transport and willing to travel

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
