**AI Force Security Service Sdn Bhd** is a licensed and rapidly growing security services provider dedicated to offering reliable protection and monitoring solutions to both corporate and individual clients. As we expand, we are looking for a **Public Relations Manager** who is passionate about communication, brand image, and corporate reputation.

This role is ideal for someone who can effectively manage public perception, handle media communications, and craft strong PR campaigns in both traditional and digital formats.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective **public relations strategies** to promote and protect the company’s reputation.
- Act as the **official spokesperson** for the company, managing communication with the media, public, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute **press releases**, speeches, company statements, and other public-facing materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **media outlets, journalists**, industry bodies, and community stakeholders.
- Manage **crisis communication plans** and ensure consistent messaging during sensitive situations.
- Organize and coordinate **press conferences, CSR programs, public events**, and media briefings.
- Monitor **media coverage and public sentiment** related to the company and the security services industry.
- Oversee and align **social media communication** with the company's PR goals and brand image.
- Collaborate with **marketing, sales, and management teams** to ensure consistency in communication and outreach strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field**.
- Minimum of **2-4 years experience** in PR, communications, or a related field (experience in corporate or security services is an advantage).
- Strong communication skills — both **written and spoken** in **Bahasa Malaysia and English**.
- Experience dealing with **media relations, press releases**, and corporate branding.
- High level of independence, initiative, and professionalism in handling public communication and client-facing activities.

**Benefits**
- Fixed salary**:RM2,500 - RM3,000** (commensurate with experience and skills)
