**Position Overview**:
As the Marketing & PR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and public relations strategies to promote our brand, products, and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative flair, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in driving successful marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**:_
- Develop and execute innovative marketing and PR strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing plans with overall business plans.
- **Brand Management**:_
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and visual elements.
- Oversee the development and implementation of brand guidelines across all communication channels.
- **Media Relations**:_
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate press releases and media events.
- **Content Creation**:_
- Oversee the creation of engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including social media, website, and press materials.
- Ensure content is aligned with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
- **Digital Marketing**:_
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize results.
- **Event Management**:_
- Plan and coordinate events to promote the company, products, and services.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, from planning to execution.
- **Market Research**:_
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Marketing & PR Manager or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative campaigns.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing and public relations.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
