Marketing & Public Relation Executive

**Position Overview**: As the Marketing & Public Relation Executive, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing and public relations strategies to elevate our brand, products, and services. This role demands a strategic thinker with a creative edge, exceptional communication skills, and a proven history of driving successful marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:
**Presentation and Negotiation**:

- Represent the company by presenting proposals, quotations, and tender to prospects and clients.
- Showcasing great negotiation skills while dealing with prospects and clients.

**Strategy Development**:

- Formulate and implement innovative marketing and PR strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate marketing plans with overall business strategies.
- Source new prospects by telemarketing and cold calling.

**Brand Management**:

- Enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and visual elements.
- Represent company at events, conferences and trade shows to network and establish connections with potential client as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Strategize and coordinate events to promote the company, products, and services.

**Content Creation**:

- Direct the creation of engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including social media and website.
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates effectively with the target audience.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies to maximize results.
- Maintain and continuously improve company social medias and website for better engagement and reputation.

**Market Research**:

- Stay updated of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Marketing, Business Development & Public Relation or in a similar role.
- Must possesses degree or Master in Mass Communication/Business Development/Business Administration/Marketing/Public Relation or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative campaigns.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing and public relations.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
