- **Minimum 1 year experience** in data entry or administrative work.
- **Expert in Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Able to manage documents, reports, and assist daily office operations.

**Administrative Support**
- **Maintain organized filing systems (manual and digital).**:

- **Handle data entry and database updates.**

**Communication & Coordination**
- **Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.**:

- **Communicate with suppliers, clients, and team members professionally.**

**Office Supplies & Inventory**
- **Monitor and manage stock levels of stationery, pantry items, and cleaning supplies.**:

- **Coordinate purchase orders and track delivery timelines.**:

- **Handle service/repair scheduling for office equipment.**

**Finance & HR Assistance**
- **Record and process petty cash claims and staff reimbursements.**:

- **Prepare simple invoices, payment vouchers, or delivery orders.**

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
