We are seeking a **Warehouse Specialist** who will play a key role in optimizing our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes, and enabling continuous improvement across all warehouse functions. This role goes beyond operational execution—it requires someone who can **analyze, refine, and elevate warehouse practices** while being a strong trainer and communicator for teams on the ground.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operational Excellence** - Review, analyze, and optimize warehouse workflows, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- **Process Improvement** - Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, recommend practical solutions, and drive adoption of best practices.
- **System Utilization** - Work closely with WMS/ERP systems to ensure accurate data flow, real-time visibility, and seamless process integration.
- **Training & Coaching** - Develop and deliver training sessions for warehouse staff to ensure consistent understanding of SOPs, safety procedures, and system usage.
- **Collaboration** - Act as a bridge between warehouse teams, management, and technology partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- **Quality & Compliance** - Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety standards, company policies, and customer requirements.
- **Continuous Improvement Mindset** - Proactively look for opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
- Experience in optimizing workflows, implementing SOPs, or leading operational improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to train, coach, and engage teams effectively.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse systems (WMS, ERP) is an advantage.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about driving operational excellence.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM6,800.00 per month
