**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the operation of customer service on company platform, develop and execute operational strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Utilize user interactions and feedback data to identify customer needs and target audiences for personalized support.
- Responsible for daily maintenance and problem-solving on company platform, ensuring prompt and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
- Develop and execute operational strategies for user engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Enrich and innovate operational practices based on business scenarios, crafting and driving the implementation of plans, and being accountable for the effectiveness of activities.
- Create and edit content for posts, and prepare materials for promotional purposes.
- Collaborate with the team in executing company activities to collectively achieve customer service and engagement objectives.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 1 year working experience in customer service, social media management, or a similar role.
- Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English speaking and writing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
