**Job Description**:

- To collect and document of business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts. Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases.
- To work with the team to develops, implements and maintains all operational policies and procedures. Responsible for integrity and accuracy of policy and procedure records. Drives improvements in policies and procedures using lean techniques to solve daily operational issues in the distribution facility and corporate processes.
- Use Microsoft Visio to put up complete process flow that showing series of sequential tasks that guide people to get work done. Process flow components include operations, timelines, resources, and people. The main aim of process flows is to streamline and standardize business processes and provide a better understanding of business to the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Good knowledge in process flow mapping & expression into visualize solution.
- Problem solving mindset with strong teamwork.
- Good communication & interpretation skill in group discussion
