ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- ** Global Manufacturing Operations Assurance**: Manage daily logistics operation and troubleshooting for SanDisk Sites, Contracted Manufacturing (CM), Logistics Center (LC), VMI hubs and SD offices in Asia.
- ** Supplier Management**: Drive continuous improvements by conducting regular reviews with Logistics Service Providers (LSP).
- ** ‌Digital System Integration**: Support SAP/TMS and EDI linkage between SanDisk, SanDisk’s CMs and carriers.
- ** Cost & Performance Management**: Ensure a pro-active approach to cost and service performance improvement at all times.
- ** Collaboration**: Ensure excellent working relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders. Maintain a good teamwork environment.
- ** Reporting and Analysis**: Report and analyze transportation volume, performance and costs.
- ** Compliance Control**: Ensure all relevant activities are carried out safely, smooth and compliance.
- ** Flexibility**: Able to handle multiple tasks under great pressure. Independently initial and chair logistics project.

**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Science and Engineering, Management or Computer. Supply chain and logistics are preferred.

PREFERRED:

- Over 3 years of logistics positions experience in MNC, semi-conductor or high-tech industry preferred.

SKILLS:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Chinese.
- Transportation Network optimization and cost saving knowledge. Be familiar with global trading and incoterm.
- SAP/TMS, EDI knowledge. Can use system analysis tools, like Power BI, AIcoding skill is a plus.
- Strong learning ability and self-motivation.
