**Job Description**:
As a Logistics Data Analyst in the Global Logistics organization you will be responsible for driving excellence in the logistics operations using business analytics and workflow automation.
- Analyze and organize import/export data for retention and reporting.
- Develop report automation leveraging on VBA macros and/or Power Query in Excel.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand the as-is process and gather requirements to translate into improvement projects.
- Develop and implement workflow automation to automate manual processes.
- Develop KPI report and operations performance dashboard for reporting to the management.
- Implement change management to support user transitions into new system and process.
- To document and ensure standard operating procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) are reflecting the latest changes.
- Develop and deliver training to internal or external stakeholders with regards to project implementation or business process changes.
- Be part of the global project team as per assignment.
- Support Customs, C-TPAT, AEO, ISO and other internal/external audits as necessary.**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/IT or relevant field of study.
- Preferably 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or logistics industry handling import & export operations. Fresh graduate with relevant skills is encouraged to apply.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Knowledge in VBA, Power Query and/or any analytics/BI tools is a plus.
- Knowledge in Power Automate is a plus.
- Knowledge in Malaysia Customs and/or LMW requirements is a plus.
Strong critical and analytical thinking and problem solving skill.
- Good in presentation skill.
- Has a strong sense of urgency, take initiative and able to work independently and also as a team.
- Highly organized and able to adapt to a dynamic working environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent in communicating in English and Bahasa
