As a Tax Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the tax function to support indirect tax operations and new processes implemented as part of Lam’s digital transformation journey. As part of the Tax team and the enterprise-wide Digital Transformation program at Lam, the Tax Analyst focuses on indirect tax operations and new processes and tax technologies implemented to create transformative capabilities for Lam’s Global Tax Team. Lam is investing considerably in our future to ensure our continued success and support our future growth as the semiconductor industry continues to grow and approaches $1T. The position will report directly to the Indirect Tax Director. **What You’ll Do**: - Assist the Tax Team in testing and implementing Indirect Global Tax Technology (Vertex O) and S/4 Hana as part of Lam’s Digital Transformation Initiative - Support the Tax and Digital Transformation Teams in deploying SAP DRC to comply with Malaysian e-Invoicing mandates - Develop tax reporting processes to facilitate indirect tax reporting from two ERP systems during Lam’s transition from ECC to S/4 Hana - Support the Tax Team in designing and implementing new processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness as Lam transitions from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA - Assist in preparing monthly U.S. state sales/use tax compliance deliverables - Respond to vendor and customer tax inquiries. **Who We’re Looking For**: - Bachelor's degree in accounting required; MS Taxation and/or CPA preferred - SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP DRC (Document Reporting & Compliance) module, Vertex Q and Vertex O experience preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint - Strong organizational skills to manage deliverables and deadlines effectively - High ethical standards and desire to work effectively within a team environment - Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external business partners **Our Commitment**: We believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
