**Job Description** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform Engineering Change Order (ECM) processes and routing runtime maintenance in EPR system
- Monthly managerial accounting close and reporting responsibilities on inventory related movements transactions analysis and reserve
- Ensure compliance with corporate SOX and key controls, adherence to US GAAP and other statutory requirements and support for audit requirements
- Performs specific tasks on inventory costing, including R&D cost centers and prepare reports for AGIS journal related costs for review
- Complete defined closing reports like factory output analyze big flux with reasonable explanations and have capability to design/enhance new requested reports and related modeling
- Performs specific monitoring related to cycle count activity on monthly basis and conduct independent sample audit. Different analyzer posting to SAP for those approved inventory adjustments.
- BOM cost calculation and preparation for standard cost fresh
- Performs detailed cost and financial analyses and makes recommendations regarding different cases and the proper accounting for transactions
- Assists in solving complex technical problems in areas where no precedent exists.
- Performs specialized financial or cost analyses (e.g., product cost bridge, routing analysis, absorption analysis)
- May provide ad-hoc analyses and report of information as requested

**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional accounting qualification with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in manufacturing cost accounting and Analysis Roles (MNC FMCG is preferred)
- Strong analytical skill and logical thinking. Able to sense check the logic and challenge the assumption/ numbers/ business scenario/ etc.
- Ability to analyze business direction driven and focus on best practices in terms of process and financial analysis.
- Self-motivator, with ability to work independently, with mínimal guidance under pressure;
- Collaborate well with multi-functional parties.

PREFERRED:

- Professional accounting certificate is a plus but not a must;
- Capability to manage workload distribution across different geographies and different time zones
- Extensive experience in cost controlling, cost accounting, or a inventory related role
- Ability to work well with multiple teams and different cultures

SKILLS:

- Excellent command of spoken and written English is mandatory
- Master in SAP, Expert in all Microsoft office tools is a must. Power BI is a plus
