**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform data entry, financial reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, and expense monitoring.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather and analyze financial information.
- Process weekly employee claims through the finance system and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and send monthly Statement of Accounts (SOA) to clients.
- Develop and manage proper payment schedules for clients.
- Conduct early financial planning to estimate available funds for upcoming months.
- Prepare accurate and timely Project Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
- Propose and support finance process improvements where needed.
- Support ad-hoc finance projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum **2-3 years of working experience** in finance, accounting, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/finance systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with accuracy.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
