JR39353 Finance Process Excellence Analyst
- Develop a process excellence roadmap driving cultural change towards quality, efficiency, automation and continuous improvement
- Coach and mentor teams across Finance in a combination of Lean or Six Sigma principles
- Identify cost-savings and process enhancement/automation opportunities
- Influence real and lasting change while enabling Finance’s future vision

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS**
- Review existing processes using Lean/Six Sigma-style methodologies to drive standardization, process maturity, simplification and continuous improvement
- Catalog Finance processes, document L3/L4/etc. processes and create a framework for processes to reviewed and approved periodically
- in specified timeframe.
- Lead high impact Lean Six Sigma projects (DMAIC, Kaizen, FMEA, etc.)
- Mentor Green Belts, Yellow Belts, and Kaizen leaders through their projects
- Build a training curriculum geared towards different levels of the organization including Lean Six Sigma training (Green Belt, Kaizen, etc.).
- Teach, facilitate, coach, and ensure adherence to established standards for value stream mapping/analysis, kaizen improvement
- Establish roadmap to evolve from an initial heavy, coach-led model to an environment where continuous improvement is core to the Micron finance DNA with self-led projects
- Conduct a value stream analysis to include all the supporting processes and then quickly move toward process improvement with precision
- Evaluate the change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk
- Drive forward process improvement efforts with urgency and balance competing stakeholder priorities
- Develop standard operating procedures and process mapping
- Establish Key Performance Indicators; track, analyze and report KPIs
- Manage a portfolio of improvement projects, including auditing of implemented projects to ensure that process improvements are sustained, and benefits are realized

**EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EDUCATION**
- Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Black Belt Certification required
- 3-5+ years leading organizational development and business process improvement initiatives utilizing kaizen/Lean
- 5+ years leading multiple strategic, enterprise initiatives and training programs
- Change management/leadership experience; willing to take risks, challenge the status quo and work under ambiguous circumstances
- Demonstrable skill in teaching, coaching, influencing upward, across and down without formal authority, and communicate with top leaders across the Finance organization
