Logistics & Procurement Analyst (Batu Kawan)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse and optimise daily logistics activities including inbound/outbound planning, inventory accuracy, and shipment coordination.
- Collaborate with procurement and purchasing teams for material planning, supplier follow-up, and delivery scheduling.
- Track, monitor, and report key supply chain metrics such as lead time, order accuracy, and stock levels.
- Identify risks or delays in the supply chain and propose corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate data in ERP systems, ensuring consistency across procurement, inventory, and logistics modules.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Work closely with warehouse, production, and procurement teams to ensure operations run smoothly.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
- Experience in procurement or purchasing is required.
- Strong understanding of basic supply chain processes (inventory, lead time, order management, material planning).
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

**Added Advantages**
- Experience in logistics analysis, material planning, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of international shipping, customs requirements, or vendor management.
- Familiarity with Lean/continuous improvement tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
