Logistics & Procurement Analyst (Batu Kawan)

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and optimise daily logistics activities including inbound/outbound planning, inventory accuracy, and shipment coordination.
  • Collaborate with procurement and purchasing teams for material planning, supplier follow-up, and delivery scheduling.
  • Track, monitor, and report key supply chain metrics such as lead time, order accuracy, and stock levels.
  • Identify risks or delays in the supply chain and propose corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate data in ERP systems, ensuring consistency across procurement, inventory, and logistics modules.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Work closely with warehouse, production, and procurement teams to ensure operations run smoothly.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience in procurement or purchasing is required.
  • Strong understanding of basic supply chain processes (inventory, lead time, order management, material planning).
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

  • Familiarity with Lean/continuous improvement tools.
