Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor material movement throughout the production cycle.
  • Ensure timely material availability using Just-in-Time and EOQ principles.
  • Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and part numbers in enterprise systems.
  • Resolve material discrepancies and maintain compliance with standards.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, gather quotations, and award contracts.
  • Monitor vendor performance, costs, and delivery schedules to ensure best quality and value.
  • Develop specifications for new contracts and identify new supply sources when needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong background in procurement, supply chain, or materials planning.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience using ERP or enterprise-wide systems.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
