**Responsibilities:

- **
- Perform a range of accounting duties, updating accounting records, processing payments and receipts, preparing monthly report, assist in month end and year end accounts closing, assist in internal/external tax & Custom Audit.
- Ensure financial documentation saved in Finance Share Drive (Go Green Policy).
- Responsible for Account Receivable as per Debtor Policy & Procedure (Finance team) -Confirm & Issuance of invoice/Debit Note/Credit Note, preparing monthly Statement of Account, managing debtor related documentation, follow up debtor outstanding account and reporting with Monthly Debtor Analysis Report, others as assigned.
- Responsible for Account Payable as per Purchasing Term & Condition - daily update of purchase invoice with fulfillment of cutoff date, matching purchase invoice with Detailed Creditor Statement of Account, managing creditor related documentation, confirm accuracy of purchase invoice and bank details for further proceed of remittance advice, others as assigned.
- Handle petty cash (Petty Cash Policy & Procedure).
- Checking & Disbursement of sub-contractor claim.
- Perform and Check all related financial transaction for SST submission.
- Maintain regular contact with other departments to obtain and convey information and/or correct transaction.
- Data Entry in Master Accounting System.
- Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.

Other ad-hoc duties related to accounts as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
