Architectural Designer

**Job Title: Architectural Designer (Mandarin Required)**

We are seeking a talented and experienced **Architectural Designer** fluent in Mandarin to join our team. You will be instrumental in designing and developing innovative, sustainable, and efficient tiny house models, contributing to our mission to redefine living spaces.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Development**: Assist in developing new products and improving current ones, focusing on tiny houses and small-scale living spaces.
- **Architectural Design**: Create detailed architectural plans and drawings, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- **Sustainable Building Practices**: Research and integrate sustainable building practices, promoting eco-friendly living.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure the feasibility and practical implementation of designs.
- **Product Support**: Coordinates, organizes, clarifies and directs during product certification and product assembly to ensure a smooth transition from concept to completion.
- **Design Adjustment**: Continuously adjust and refine architectural designs based on feedback, evolving standards, and customer preferences.
- **Knowledge Update**: Stay updated on the latest technologies in the construction and design fields and share insights with the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
- Language Requirement: Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and 3D visualization software (e.g., Enscape, Blender, Lumion).
- Experience: Proven experience in architectural design, particularly with tiny houses, caravans, RVs, or luxury vehicle modifications is preferred.
- Sustainable Design Focus: Strong understanding of sustainable and efficient building practices.
- Personal Qualities: Passion for creative design solutions, strong problem-solving abilities, and interest in global trends and technology in the design industry.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation skills, and team collaboration. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Academic Excellence: CGPA 3.7 and above.
- Other Requirements: Self-motivation, resourcefulness, and interpersonal skills are a must.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
