**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Quality Control & Inspection**
- Perform **incoming, in-process, and final inspections** of raw materials, components, and finished automotive parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM reports).
- Conduct **visual and functional inspections** to identify and document defects, deviations, or non-conformances against specifications, blueprints, and quality standards.
- **Monitor critical control points** (CCPs) on the production line to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare and maintain **inspection records, test data, and quality reports** in an organized and accessible manner.

**2. Quality Assurance & Documentation**
- Assist in the **development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS)**, often aligned with industry standards like **IATF 16949**.
- Support the **Non-Conformance Report (NCR)** process by documenting findings, isolating defective materials, and assisting with containment efforts.
- Assist in the execution of **process audits** and **product audits** as directed by the QA/QC Manager.
- Help maintain the **calibration records** for all measuring and testing equipment used in the facility.

**3. Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)**
- Work with production personnel to **identify the root cause** of quality issues and scrap materials.
- Participate in the implementation of **Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)** to address recurring quality problems.
- Follow up on implemented changes to ensure their **effectiveness** in preventing future defects.

**4. Teamwork & Safety**
- Communicate quality findings and concerns effectively to the QA/QC Manager and production supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to all company **safety policies** and procedures.

**Qualifications**

**Education and Experience**
- Diploma / Degree or technical certification in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Fresh Graduated are welcome
- **For Executive level 1-4 years of experience** in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role, preferably within the **automotive, aerospace, or precision manufacturing industry**.
- Branch located at Bukit Beruntung, Selangor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
