Account Admin Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry and filing.
- Record and reconcile all sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain and update **Accounts Receivable (Debtors)** and **Accounts Payable (Creditors)**.
- Checking all invoices & Prepare and issue receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
- Assist in monthly closing, bank reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of all accounting records.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding payment matters.
- Support the accounts team in ad hoc duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM with LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred (fresh graduates may also apply).
- Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles.
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
