About the role
Join the dynamic team at BGE Security & Lighting Sdn Bhd as a full-time Admin Assistant in our Sungai Petani, Kedah office. In this role, you will provide valuable administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
- Handling general office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Providing administrative support to the management team
- Coordinate with technician and customer scheduling
- Managing the office supplies and inventory
- Assisting with customer inquiries and providing customer service
What we're looking for
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Able to communicate in English / Malay / Chinese
- Basic computer literacy
- Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided)
- With own transport preferred
