Finance Manager will include managing accounting records, evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Managing accounting operations (often including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition)
Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, reporting any variances
Creating monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends and financial forecasts
Ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed and reported
Ensuring all reporting is compliant with statutory law and financial regulations
Documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Streamlining and improving accounting systems and operations
Overseeing the management of cash flow and debt/debt collection
Supervising and managing financial department staff
Managing the audit process and liaising with external personnel as required
Contributing to company financial strategy and decision-making processes
To present reports to senior executives, stakeholders and board members
To oversee and control the account and finance flow for alliances company
Additional financial controller other duties as necessary

**Job Requirements**:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in accounting / CPA / MBA
6 years and above of overall combined accounting and finance experience
MIA member
10 years and above experience in finance management.
Good communication skills.
Strong leadership qualities.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
Auditing experience.
Compliance oriented.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Analytical skills.
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Experience with creating financial statements
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
