  • Leading a team responsible for all spectrums of finance, accounting and taxation functions as well as financial management and reporting.
  • Responsible for the timely preparation of accurate financial statements on an entity and group consolidated accounts basis and ensure compliance with and adherence to applicable LHDN, SST and other statutory requirements.
  • Ensure sound and timely accounting and financial reporting system throughout the group including overseeing and monitoring an effective account closing cycle and financial reporting.
  • Timely preparation of budget and analysis, forecasts and projections, financial performance reports.
  • Responsible for treasury, banking matters, cash flow management and projection and analytical review.
  • Develop, implement and maintain strong internal control, accounting and finance policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of accounting and financial activities.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, regulatory authorities, bankers, lawyers and company secretary on audit/tax/banking/legal matters.
  • Build collaborative environment that ensures timely, accurate, and compliant financial management.
  • Lead to the team, provide guidance and training to ensure consistent practices group-wide.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8, RM10,000.00 per month
