We are looking for a Senior Account Finance Executive's to overseeing the full accounting cycle, preparing accurate and timely financial reports, managing month-end closing, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and assisting with budgeting and financial analysis. They are responsible for maintaining internal controls, liaising with auditors and tax agents, and supporting financial projections to maintain the organization's financial health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
  • Generate consolidated financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends and recommend performance improvements.
  • Accounting Operations:
  • Manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Oversee month-end closing procedures and prepare relevant notes to accounts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely bank reconciliations.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and conduct variance analysis.
  • Compliance & Internal Controls:
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting deadlines, accounting standards (e.g., MFRS/GAAP), company policies, and relevant laws.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Lead integration and compliance of e-invoicing implementation with internal systems
  • Stakeholder Liaison:
  • Act as a point of contact for auditors, tax agents, and other statutory bodies.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in accounting software, electronic document management system and Microsoft Office applications, especially spreadsheets.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (MFRS/GAAP) and financial reporting requirements.
  • Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with group consolidation is often an advantage.
  • Experience in managing Public Listed Company is added advantage.
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin (to liaise with clients and stakeholders)
