**Job Title**:
Financial Services Representative (Bilingual: Mandarin & English)

**Location**:
Unit 3A, Level 21, Block 3B, Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur - 43570

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in opening and managing individual trading accounts.
- Conduct KYC reviews and verify onboarding documents.
- Promote company products and services to new and existing clients.
- Handle client inquiries related to deposits, withdrawals, and trading platforms.
- Stay updated on global financial markets to effectively communicate trading opportunities.
- Support trade audit cases and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance client relationships.
- Collaborate with the Financial Services team to manage workload efficiently.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- **Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal)** - Mandatory.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial or trading industries.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of financial markets, global events, and trading concepts.
- Ability to manage mathematical data accurately (advantageous).
- Flexible to work in Day/Regular shifts.
- Must meet the Fitness and Propriety standards prescribed by the FCA.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.75 per month
