Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

About the Role

We are seeking a professional and fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing financial services team. You will handle client calls, respond to messages, verify information, provide accurate feedback, and assist with conflict resolution — all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

This position involves sensitive client information, so clear, accent-neutral English communication is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to client messages promptly and professionally.
  • Look up and verify client information in the system.
  • Provide accurate feedback and solutions to client inquiries.
  • Handle client concerns and conflict resolution with patience and discretion.
  • Maintain organized client records and communication logs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Fluent English speaker with no strong accent (American-style clarity required).

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial industry.

Excellent phone etiquette, grammar, and communication skills.

Computer-literate and comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools.

Responsible, punctual, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.

Must be available for a 40-hour work week.
