Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Kuala Lumpur. The Customer Service Representative will handle daily tasks such as below:

  1. Daily Service for Local Clients
    : Assist clients with inquiries related to medical treatment, benefits, claims, and direct billing issues, as well as accompany clients in emergency situations.
  2. Develop and Maintain the Medical Network
    : Assist in researching and visiting local medical network providers, expanding new hospitals, coordinating daily issues, and helping resolve disputes related to claims with medical institutions and billing recovery issues.
  3. Identify Local Business Opportunities
    : Gradually familiarize with the local insurance market, including companies and third-party administrators (TPAs), and engage deeply with various stakeholders to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications

1.
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in customer service, healthcare, or business-related fields

At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
