We Are Hiring: ASSISTANT MANAGER

Position: Assistant Manager

Start Date: 1 March 2026

**Salary**: RM3,000 - RM3,500

- Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations at the reception (check-in & check-out).

Monitor housekeeping department & ensure high standards of cleanliness.

Handle guest feedback and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Ensure smooth daily operation of the café.

Represent the company during discussions with authorities.

Attend seminars, training, or events on behalf of the company.
- Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.

Mature, responsible & able to work independently.
