Accounts Assistant

Assist in handling day-to-day accounting task including data entry (AP,AR,GL & Fixed Assets).
- Assist in daily E-Invoice issue and checking.
- Assist in preparation of financial documents such as invoices,bills and debtor statements.
- Perform data entry for accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank and supplier statements.
- Liaise with bank, company secretary & others related parties.
- Assist with any other related tasks as and when required by management.
- Liaise with vendors on account reconciliation and payment processing.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing to support all accounting entries and ensure audit readiness.
**Requirements And Skills**
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Required skill : Autocount accounting software will be added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skill, responsible and hardworking.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
